This development would provide houses and apartments (full price/affordable/key workers), essential services (education, health etc.), infrastructure and employment for many.
The UK Planning Context has changed with new primary legislation, the Planning and Infrastructure Act 2025, and the increased willingness of the UK Central Government to use the Development Corporation method to fast track targeted developments, previously the 2012 Olympic Park, London and current further development corporations.
