WHO ARE WE
Monserat Properties Ltd (MPL) is a UK Strategic Land & Development Company, founded in 2000, progressing Strategic Land, Infrastructure, Property and Public Policy in SE England. Public Policy work includes 27 Public Examinations and Consultations (including HM Treasury, UK Parliament). Our MPL Ashford Kent project is for the Ashford Garden Village within the Ashford Growth Targets and MPL seek the finance to write the AGV Vision Masterplan and progress the then agreed and mandated infrastructure, housing and commercial development.
The core team, in summary is Dr Rehan ul-Haq (Founder Chairman, CEO, Monserat Properties Ltd [MPL] https://monserat-properties.co.uk/team/), supported by senior, expert colleagues. Rehan is an experienced leader with over 20 years in Enabling Green Development. Previously a banker with a 30-year engagement with the City of London undertaking Sovereign Treasury Funds, Corporate Lending, Strategy & Alliances Research, and Human Capital Development roles.
Currently promoting a Development Corporation enabling Housing, Commercial, Employment, and Infrastructure in Ashford, Kent, SE England within the overall Ashford Growth Area development targets of 31,000 homes and 28,000 employment / commercial.
Dr Rehan’s education was achieved at Loughborough University (Ph.D), Henley, Exeter and at Sir Joseph Williamson’s Mathematical [Grammar] School, Rochester. Rehan has a long association with Kent as his Father was a NHS Doctor, Consultant Surgeon (FRCS), there.
