The core team, in summary is Dr Rehan ul-Haq (Founder Chairman, CEO, Monserat Properties Ltd [MPL] https://monserat-properties.co.uk/team/), supported by Professor John Burton (Institute of Economic Affairs https://iea.org.uk/about-us) and other senior colleagues. Our Ashford Kent project is within 6 months of development planning and 2 -3 years from the start of development delivery and MPL seek finance and a team of developers to work with MPL to plan an deliver the infrastructure, housing and commercial development to be mandated.
We already work in detail with Government, Edwin Coe LLP (https://www.edwincoe.com), WYG Transport (https://www.wyg.com/who-we-are) and Office of Architectural Culture (http://www.officeforarchitecturalculture.com/people.html) in this process.
Dr Rehan ul-Haq MBA, PhD, FIoD

Rehan is experienced in strategy, private-public alliances, infrastructure and development. Rehan was previously a corporate lending banker (Trusted Advisor) in the City of London, financing the internationalisation of major organisations and development schemes. Rehan’s overall experience in development is providing evidence to 25 public consultations and examinations enabling strategic infrastructure, a £250 million HM Treasury funded solution for Operation Stack M20 was enabled in 2015. Rehan is at the later stages of promoting a Development Corporation for Housing in Ashford, Kent, SE England with a 31,000 homes, 28,000 employment overall target and our participation through between 250 to 2,000 acres of development.
Rehan has a long association with Kent as his Father was an Acute Surgeon (FRCS) there and Rehan attended Sir Joseph Williamsons Grammar School in Rochester, Kent.

Arnold has worked in the transportation sector for over 20 years and his experience has enabled him to provide invaluable technical input into large scale development proposals requiring innovative highway solutions. Arnold has adopted the role of manager or co-ordinator on many multi-disciplinary projects. WYG is an award-winning global practice operating from over 50 locations across the UK, Europe, Africa and Asia, which means Arnold can call on 1,600 specialists with substantial expertise in engineering, infrastructure and environmental design.

Tabassum now consults for these clients on Alternative Assets, predominantly in Real Estate and Private Equity, and a number of SME clients.

Charles has substantial master plan and architectural design experience globally with a high reputation as the Founder/Design Director at Office for Architectural Culture, an acclaimed London-based architectural design practice, specialized in project types ranging from master planning, urban design, high-rise buildings, cultural, mixed-use, hospitality/hotel, residential and interiors for Government and Private Clients.
Charles was one of the 18 prominent international architects selected by European journalists in 2011.

Edward is a director in major risk management advising banks and insurance companies. He has previously led risk consulting in Marsh Europe (of Marsh and MacLennan), City Practitioners, AEA Technology/Risk Solutions and KPMG. Earlier he worked on capital projects in oil and gas. His international experience includes the USA, Russia and the Far East. Edward is a Past Chairman of the Institute of Operational Risk, and an Honorary Life Member of the Institute of Risk Management.
Dr Werner Krings, Dipl.-Kfm, MSc FP, MSc BMR, DBA

An accomplished multilingual communicator, Dr Werner is used to networking, negotiating and closing deals at C-level, and has secured high-value accounts with clients in the Automotive, Aerospace, Executive Education and Software industry. As a Business consultant, he also advised clients including a leading Strategy Consulting Firm, a German Federal and State Institution. Previous engagements included global or overseas projects for Big Three consulting firms (KPMG and PwC) and Director of Corporate Relations (Henley Business School, Germany). Currently, Dr Werner is the Founding Partner of Henley Global Consulting and impacts the leadership development as Executive Coach.
